We really have no idea what Afrojack was thinking when he guided and mentored Paris Hilton at the start of her DJ career, but looking at all the fancy cars he owns, it probably has something to do with Paris’ talent for writing checks. Fortunately, after the first trainwreck appearance of Paris at some Brazilian festival, he didn’t know how fast he had to distance himself from the ridiculed heiress.
At the same time we keep seeing how Justin Bieber takes shots at DJ-ing while flirting with the world of EDM. Moreover, he recently announced his retirement from being a pop singer.
Apparently Justin Bieber and Paris Hilton met in person at the latest MTV Video Music Awards. They hit it off nicely and Justin complimented Paris on her undeniable talent behind the decks and asked to meet at his Beverly Hills studio.
All said and done, after the VMA’s they did meet up. Their management stunned in disapproval, they made plans to start a DJ team.
Aware of all the negative publicity, they wanted to stay ahead of any internet backlash and have announced they will strive to be the BEST ‘worst DJ team‘ ever.
We think they will likely succeed.
